Theo's service was more than expected and worth every penny. As a beginner, I was nervous but he delivered the training in a relaxed manner which put me at ease. The training was very thorough which made it easy to understand. As well, it was practical and hands on, not just simply a show and tell. Would highly recommend. (I never do reviews but this one was well deserved).

Would 100% recommend. Theo really knows his coffee, and most importantly knows how to communicate that in a non-BS way to experienced and non-experienced staff alike. The training was well organised, clear and incredibly useful. The only down side for Theo is that his dog turned up and, once the training was done, totally stole the show. Six stars for Roscoe.

Theo is super friendly, highly knowledgeable about his work and clearly so passionate with what he does. He goes above and beyond with his training and makes everyone in the room feel more confident with their barista skills. We are a community cafe in Didsbury Park, therefore we often have volunteers and young people working with us. We often use Man And His Dog Coffee for Barista training as part of their essential training. Theo is professional, friendly and approachable. Our volunteers and staff loved his practical and understandable approach rather than the very formal training. Highly recommend for a fun yet professional training with full of practical and useful knowledge.

Theo has done a couple of really successful barista training sessions for Saison. He delivers great no-nonsense practical stuff. He’s friendly and approachable; the guys really enjoyed the sessions and they now produce consistent great coffees.
