Had an absolutely fantastic day on the seafood course. Brilliant teaching, I learnt so much. Gilly's teaching style is such that you feel comfortable asking anything but her knowledge is amazing without making you feel stupid. I also didn't expect to eat a 3 course meal, cooked by us. The produce was fantastic. I must mention too that my day was helped by such a lovely group on the day. I can't wait to return and try another course. Thank you to Gilly and her amazing assistant Debbie.

Brilliant school. Booked a macarons course for my girlfriend in February. The session was delivered superbly and with humour. Had a go using the recipes given to us at home and we are getting professional results. Highly recommended!!
