  • This review is way overdue, I should’ve posted it ages ago. Malcolm helped me lose 19kg in 6 months and changed the way I eat and train. Even though I trained for 10 years before that but he taught me all the right techniques for weight lifting and training. Highly recommended

  • Malcolm is an amazing and very knowledgeable Master Trainer who has helped me greatly to overcome severe back pain and to make me a much stronger person. I trained with Malcolm for 5 years, and during that period, he adapted the training and tailored the sessions according to my needs, including during and after pregnancy. I highly recommend him!
