  • I’ve been going to Frazer for almost 3 weeks now and couldn’t recommend him as a PT enough! His sessions are intense but great and I’ve always struggled to actually enjoy working out, so for me to look forward to the sessions is a positive! I’m already seeing changes in myself and can’t wait to continue with Frazer.

  • Frazer is a brilliant pt. Ive never done any training before and he has really motivated me to change my lifestyle! Ive had my second session and i love it! Hes a lovely person, very welcoming and makes me feel very comfortable. He pushes you to your full potential and encourages you to carry on! I would recommend him to anyone!�

  • I have been training with Frazer at MainGainFitness now for over 3 months, 3 times a week, Frazer really pushes me to my limits and keeps pushing me when I want to quit. I came to him wanting to learn how to box, the boxing knowledge he has and the progress I have made in the 3 months from getting trained by him is incredible. It has also improved my fitness and core strength loads. I highly recommend him and I will continue to to keep going.

  • I’ve been going to MainGainFitness for a month now, doing 2 sessions a week. I love the 1-1 sessions, makes me feel more confident to push myself. Frazer is so welcoming, so easy to get along with and is VERY motivating. I always enjoy the sessions which he creates for me and I always leave feeling like I’ve pushed myself really hard. I couldn’t recommend Frazer’s sessions more to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

  • At the age of 48 and having not exercised properly for 18 months, which meant I was really starting from scratch, I started PT with Frazer & after 5 weeks I can really see the difference already. He works you hard & encourages you all the way through your session in the privacy of his fully equipped gym so you can relax & concentrate on “you” & not worry about anybody watching.
