  • A lovely golf club which is disappearing in December 2025 as the Council are turning it into a concrete jungle purely for money and no other reason. Do play or visit if you have a chance.

  • Lovely course in great condition for time of year Staff at pro shop very helpful pointed us in direction of practise nets and location of 1st tee Defiantly be back to play again

  • Little gem tucked away in the heart of the town. Greens and aprons were in incredible condition considering the wet weather we have had and time of year. Its quite a short course, which suits my 3 wood off the tee and I had expected to shoot low but the greens provided a good defence. Not the most memorable layout, a few dog legs but other than that its pretty straight forward, don't get me wrong I'm not complaining its a lovely course.

  • Review from a Non Members perspective: The place is beautiful. Lush greens with ample trees makes it a perfect habitat for birds and small animals ! Have seen foxes ; deers roaming around freely. The importance of such a green belt stood out more during the Covid restrictions. Hope that this club gets to stay where they are and this green plot is protected from builders !

  • A great open space full of wildlife and occasional golfers. The local council is going to destroy it to make way for housing no one wants or can afford. Shame on the Tory money grabbers!
