  • To anybody who’s never done Yoga, let me advise you that it’s possibly one of the best ways to improve one’s health without too much stress or exertion.   • As an absolute beginner to yoga, I have found Madeleine welcoming and extremely encouraging. The classes are easy to join in at your own pace and the safe group atmosphere encourages you to challenge yourself a bit each week. I can see a difference in myself in only 6 sessions!
