I found myself spiritually training at MMAA, the teaching level is world class, the facilities are clean and spacious, and the team are all out to help each other and grow together, highly recommend anybody interested in self defence to come and attend a trial class to witness the academies excellence for themselves.

Absolutely phenomenal academy. I have trained all over the country under a lot of different instructors and the attention to detail here is second to none. Danny Is an incredible professor and the team of students he has under him are really amazing people to train with.

Amazing place to train and learn self defence. I’m a complete beginner and have been made to feel most welcome by everyone. The ethos at the Academy is really positive where the more experienced members actively go out of their way to help you. My 5 year old daughter loves the Children’s classes.
