  • I have been training with Lee for many years, he is passionate about his job and very focused on his client's goal. He has helped me achieve my goals and beyond. Lee is such an amazing PT and more importantly a great person. If you want to get fit, strong and still enjoy working out Lee is the PT for you, whatever your goals are trust me he will be there every step of the way.

  • I've been taking Lee's Challenge and Afterburn classes for the last couple of months since being recommended by a friend who trains with him one on one. The Afterburn is the smaller of the two group sessions in which Lee provides greater input and tailoring to individual needs. It's perfect for anyone who can't afford frequent one on one sessions.   • I would highly recommend Lee (MAC5) afterburn classes, the small group PT is affordable and it's between 2&5 people. Since training with Lee my fitness and strength levels have increased significantly. Due to small numbers Lee can spread himself around and attend to each individuals need. I have also attended Lee's (MAC5) Challenge classes and would highly recommend this class if it is a larger group you are looking for.

  • I have been doing Afterburn Group PT with Lee for the last 6 months and can definitely see the results in my strength and overall fitness. The sessions are challenging and intensive but tailored to your individual abilities. Training in small groups keeps it fun and supportive, and makes it very good value for money so I can train with a PT 2/3 times a week without breaking the bank. I have tried other PT's in the past but Lee is without a doubt the best I have worked with.
