  • As we have been participating in Pilates sessions for about 9 years it was important for us to find the right teacher near our new home. Our daughter had been to local classes before her pregnancies and she told us of Monika and the 2:1 classes she ran.   • I’ve been seeing Monika for one to ones for 6 months now. Her classes are varied and fun, the time flies by and I always leave feeling energised and ready for the day. She explains the techniques so well and you always want to do that ‘just one more’ exercise willingly!   • I started Pilates with Monika shortly after having my second child and it was the best decision I ever made. I feel strong and energised from spending 1 hour a week focused on my body and breathing. A real plus to this class is Monika is a lovely person to work out with, she challenges you to push hard but the class has a smooth, calm pace and you feel the one to one support needed to really get Pilates right.
