Lymm Golf Club

It's a a good course with some difficult holes and others that are more normal. It has some long par 5 and par 4 holes that the average player couldn't hope to reach in 3/2. The rough is generally forgiving allowing you to find and hit balls. Not if you hit it into the Manchester Ship Canal though. It has suffered in the hot weather and the greens and some approaches are currently in poor condition. Still great fun to play.

Cannot thank the staff, in particular Karen and Josh, in the Lymm Golf Club House where we hosted my lovely mums funeral reception last week. The room looked beautiful, food was excellent and the staff could not have been lovelier. I could not have asked for anything better. Thanks again.

We had my father in law's wake her , beautiful surroundings service was fantastic we cannot fault this place. Nothing was to much trouble and we we're made to feel very welcome. Thank you Karen and the team.

Played in Senior's event which was well organised. Decent challenge of a course & fairly flat so an easy walk. Course in good condition & nicely appointed. Plenty of trees. Nice clubhouse with friendly staff.
