A brilliant family and community oriented rugby club with successful age ranges throughout from minis to seniors

Open all weekend, showing rugby on the big screens. Looks incredible after the repairs and there is always a great atmosphere. Best place for a pint in Lydney!

Although from Caerphilly in SE Wales I feel far more welcome whenever I visit our nearest English neighbours and also a closer affiliation to them than anytime I have visited Llanelli. Their "West is Best!" motto emblazoned across the stands at Parc Y Shambles speaks volumes of their "holier than thou" mentality. I just hope that Lydney RFC follow in the footsteps of their near neighbours Cinderford and progress through the leagues and, maybe just maybe, to greater rugby glory! Providing tha...
