Lydd Aero Club

I've had a few lessons here and the experience I've had so far is amazing. The instructors are brilliant and always teach at a good pace, the rest of the staff are very friendly and the location and club itself is great. I'd recommend to anyone who is interested in taking flying lessons. On my trial lesson I've never flown before and after a few hours of flying here I have gained more confidence than I thought I would.

What an amazing experience to fly for the first time. Although I was a bit nervous initially due to watching all the National Geographic ‘Air disasters’ series 🤭, instructor Diane helped me to feel a lot more confident about flying. I enjoyed the experience so much that I am now planning to enrol on the training course and obtain my PPL.

An incredible experience flying for the first time with instructor Clive who explained the whole process very clearly and made the experience comfortable and fun for a newbie like me. Very nice and friendly staff at the Aeroclub as well.

Wow what an experience, my partner bought me a flying lesson which I had today, everybody was extremely polite and friend. My pilot / instructor Joe Cunningham was fantastic and made me feel relaxed especially as I have never been in a plane! One of the best days of my life, thank you Joe
