  • I was looking to loose weight and get fitter. Not liking the gym culture, I was persuaded by my wife to attend a LHF HIIT class. After the initial free taster session I was hooked. The classes suit all abilities and generate a fun/relaxed atmosphere. Everyone encourages each other and are non judgemental.   • Luke has the ability to make people of all ages, shapes and sizes comfortable enough in each other's company to work hard and still have a good time.
