The Luiss Business School develops and promotes research in different fields while maintaining a particular focus on: Corporate Strategy and Restructuring, Corporate Governance and Performance Measurement ; Innovation and Organizational Planning . The research is extended to business processes and Corporate environments and covers emerging fields such as Ethics , Social Responsibility , Sustainability . Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability The Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability Hub (ERShub) was created within the Luiss Business School and the Department of Business and Management with the aim of enhancing the themes of ethics, responsibility and sustainability in management education and in action economy more generally. ERShub promotes the idea that an ethical, responsible and sustainable approach to doing business is instrumental in obtaining important economic results in a long-term perspective and allows for a better interpretation of the dynamics of the contemporary world and the global challenges that characterize it.
