I live in Los Angeles where Yoga Is extremely popular and Studios are everywhere! I can honestly say Lucy is by far the best teacher I have found in England! She listens to your body and tailors your practice to what YOU need. She is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis and I always make a point of staying an extra day in London just so I can take her class. So glad I took the time to book Lucy in to do Qi Nei Zang massage. Lucy's pre massage advice and consultation was explained throughly.
