Lower Itchen Fishery

Stunning place to fish, wish we were allowed to wade some of the sections as there are a lot of trees and bushes in the back cast. Stuffed with big, hungry trout.

Lovely place to fish - plenty of advice available from Clayton the river keeper too. Recommend.

Excellent fishery, one of the best in the country for Salmon and Trout. Winter coarse fishing is good as well. We'll run with a superb Riverkeeper looking after everything

This was the best days river fishing I ever had! The river is very well managed with lovely chalk patches to fish over and some stunning fish to be caught. Infact I caught my first grayling here together with Sea Trout, Brown Trout, Parr and Chub.
