Low Laithes Golf Club

Nice course, currently playing off fairway mats for every shot was a pain, and we were not advised of this before arriving after booking in advance. I don't think I'd return until the mat situation was ended.

Played today 1st time,brilliant course,you have to think your way round not just hit driver,course in very good condition,friendly staff in clubhouse

Lovely staff both in the kitchen and the pro shop. The course is good and well kept however it is rather dangerous with several crossing holes. Narrowly avoided getting hit leaving a par three which was tucked in a corner where people on the tee couldn't see us. On the back nine one uphill holes crosses the fairway of another so players at the bottom of the hill can't see you at the top. Would probably not return because of this.

Beautiful course greens are in great condition, however the grey sand like stuff in the bunkers is horrible and difficult to get out ruined my score. The 18th was the only bunker with proper sand and got out 1st time. Definitely needs to remove the grey sand and go back to the normal stuff other than that was a great day

First time we've played here and won't be the last. Friendliest course we've been to. Spoke to many of the members before and during and all of them were a joy to speak to. Course was in great condition, especially the greens. Thanks for allowing us a later time due to me getting my tee times mixed up.
