  • My husband and I started our programme with Louis to help boost our fitness, lose some weight and tone up. Louis has been brilliant he has been really flexible around our hectic life and really supportive and encouraging. Louis has given us realistic small goals towards achieving our overall ones which helps things feel more achievable for novices like us! I can't recommend him enough!

  • I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I do but I really look forward to my sessions with Louis. He's motivating, funny and very knowledgeable (and patient with me asking a million questions each time!) Would highly recommend Louis to anyone, my goals were different to the norm, but he's very versatile and helping me to achieve them.

He's great at tailoring the sessions to your own needs and mixing them up so they don't get monotonous. Louis is enthusiastic about fitness and living a balanced lifestyle. He's got a fun personality which makes the training sessions entertaining and a good distraction when the exercises are hard work! I'd highly recommend Louis as your Personal Trainer!
