  • I have been training with Lou for nearly 12 months now and I thoroughly enjoy every session! She ensures your plan is tailored to your goals, she is supportive, friendly and flexible. I now enjoy working out and lifting weights and look forward to my two sessions a week! As a busy, working Mum of two training with Lou gives me some important ‘me time’, it keeps me healthy, feeling good and sane! I couldn’t imagine exercising anywhere else!
