Great coaching. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Loads of fun in safe, respectful environment. Jez will coach you up to fight or just for the pleasure of learning and keeping fit. Brilliant martial arts gym. Highly recommended.

Very impersonal, lots of "Gym Bros" hogging machines, and staff weren't very attentive. As big as it is, I didn't like the atmosphere there.
