Placed my order for agility equipment in May and was told a 6-8 week delivery. Spent a substantial amount of money on placing the order and was told after me chasing them that my equipment isn’t going to be delivered until September! No apologies, no reimbursement, nothing! Still no equipment. The owners manner was appalling to me, very rude and unapologetic.
