Truly Twenties booked London self defence academy for an event with 30 women in London and this company have been a dream to work with. Ondrej was super organised and helpful when I was panicking about the event. Sam who taught the class was super respectful, engaging and approachable. I will be booking again in the future for a Manchester event

I attended a great workshop led by Sam at my company. He was a fantastic instructor, the session was a good blend of theory and practical. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to understand some key moves for self defence.

Took part in a 2-hour session alongside my work colleagues. Sam was a terrific Instructor - imparting his wealth of knowledge whilst making us all feel comfortable. We booked a private class for 6 girls, and it was fantastic! Ethan was our instructor and he was great, very reliable and professional. We learnt very practical and memorable techniques that would help in a real life scenario. Ethan was also great at making us feel more confident and encouraged to protect ourselves in times of need. An amazing self-defence session, would recommend every woman to do this at least once.

Really great workshop I organised for a work social. Our instructor (Sam) was super funny and engaging for our group which has very different personalities. Really loved how the workshop didn't just have a physical technique focus but also gave great advice on how we approach dangerous situations mentally. I'd highly recommend to anyone!
