I have done principles of warehousing & level 1 health and safety course last year 2022 in march and passed the course but still waiting for my certificates 2023

I had a best experience. The teacher was super helpful, friendly. I have learnt a lot of new and useful things while on the course. Many thanks.

They are not organised, they promised what they cannot do. On their website it says that, the course is online, but when reach to speak to them after all they trying over the phone, they come up to inform that the course is face to face. It is not an organisation to be trusted. Email address does not work either. DO NOT WAST YOUR PRECIOUS TIME WITH THEM

Zero score to the centre. Lack of communication Lack of info Lack of clue. Not organised either. I am waiting to get my Certificate for ages and the reply I get is not coherent neither and it is more like a template reply. Not recommended in any aspect! Scammers

I have done TA Award course with the LLC. For me personally it was challenging as I knew nothing about covered topics, however, I got support I needed to get through the course. Lecturer Janine was fantastic, knowledgeable and delivered online classes in a clear way easy to understand. Lecturer also provided me with extra support after I missed one (weekly) online class. I am planning to do another course with LLC to be able to become a teaching assistant.
