Tom's a great instructor. I feel confident in delivering CPR if needed. That's huge seeing as I'm a techie with zero background in healthcare. Excellent value for money.
Just what I needed to update my CPR training. Group of 6 trainees from various backgrounds. Nice mix of talking, videos, practical demonstration and supervised CPR and using AED (automated electric defibrillator). Our instructor Tom had an able young assistant, making a great team. Tom was polite, interested in us and respectful and was clearly interested in the subject.
I took 2 of the team along and it was an excellent day with clear training, easy to understand and we all left feeling confident about what to do should something we were trained in happen. Tom was a very amiable tutor too with a great balance of information and energy. Highly recommended.
