  • Sophie was my New Year’s resolution in 2019 and 2020, and this year again! Thanks to her expertise and passion, my overall level of fitness, strength and mobility has greatly improved. Most importantly, my nagging back pain and occasional wobbly knee are gone as she tailors all the sessions to my needs. She always pushes me to do better (more than I think I can do) and to try new skills (handstand anyone?). Her knowledge and dedication are making a real difference.

  • I have been training with Sophie for 2 and a half years and I must say I think she is an exceptional trainer.
