Lmp Group

I am so disappointed by this company. I have complained and complained that they don't do enough. I had 2 tutors and they both left. When my exams came on i asked for revision sessions which i did not get then doing my project i wasn't given all the details. I am so disapointed in this company and i recommend staying away from this company at all costs!

I started my apprenticeship back in January 2021, it’s a lengthy process but it was all worth it for my distinction in the end! Even from the start with my LMP recruiter Kevin he was so lovely and got me a placement in no time. My tutor Chris is absolutely amazing, goes way above and beyond for his students and is very thorough. I’m now a digital marketing executive straight out of my apprenticeship and am so grateful that this is the route I took!

14 months into my apprenticeship, I got made redundant by my placement. I got told that I would have a 1 month break-in learning whilst LMP/Inspire ATA would find me a new placement so I could get my qualifications I’ve been working 14 months for and support me during my 1 month off. A few days later, I then got told that it’s not actually guaranteed that they will find me a new school and that it’s all up to me to find a job and I haven’t been contacted since. Amazing! I felt very welcomed when I first joined. The working environment is very friendly and everyone supports each other. It's like one whole family. I feel very supported and always involved. It is great and I have learnt so much over the 2 months I have been here.

I have worked for LMP for 18 months and made a decision to move on after 19 years with my previous employer and was very nervous making that change, however I had nothing to worry about, I received a warm welcome and settled in very quickly supported by a great team who stand by their vision and values.
