Bad surfaces in arena, the staff are unfriendly and unprofessional.

I visited the centre today to find out about the facilities on offer. As the gates were closed and there appeared to be nowhere for visitors to park, I put the car to the left of the main gates, as much out of the way as I could, so that I could ask about parking at the office. As soon as I got through the gates, I was met by a woman wearing a peeked cap, who told me to move my car immediately! She seemed not at all interested in why I was there.
