  • I was having quite a dilemma today, I have had finally sourced new fitness equipment but had zero strength to get up any of them, feeling at a lost as I'm unable to do anything RIGHT NOW to get started... Nathan then swooped in and gave me a handful of basic exercises I am fully capable of doing NOW, I sent him clips to double check I was doing it right and he guided me accordingly... He did all this on a credit as I was 4 days from payday but felt utterly defeated until he swooped in and now...

  • Used Nathan when training for armed forces fitness test which really helped me. He was very motivational and really pushed me. Within around 8 sessions we got from 13 to 40 push ups in a minutes, and really improved with my sit ups aswell. Not only did he help with this, he also helped and gave advice on my diet which made me see improvements. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves.

  • Before I started seeing Nathan I had no drive to do anything, the first session I had with him showed me that losing weight doesn't have to be running and can be enjoyable. He is the perfect person to have as a personal trainer, he pushes you too your limits whilst ensuring that you won't injure yourself.   • I've been training with Nathan for just over a month, I'm not the most athletic individual and always feel self conscious as I'm overweight but Nathan makes me feel at ease and tweaks Workouts to suit. Workouts have been challenging but enjoyable. It's nice to do a mix of cardio, weights, core and strength work. He's helped me a bit with nutrition and taught me the importance of protein!
