I've taken LiveLoveHoop hoop classes regularly for the last three years, starting as a beginner and working up to the more advanced classes. Jo is a fantastic teacher. She puts together really well structured classes, breaking down complex moves so they become achievable for anyone. Classes are fun and a great way to keep fit at the same time!
