  • Lucy is such a fun person to train with. I started to put weight on after being a size 8 my whole life. Then hit that age and also found I have an under active thyroid. I had got quite down about the weight gain and with Lucy’s help lost a stone. Now I’m planning to get to my target weight and have started to go to Lucy’s Bootcamp to get fitter as I spend my day at a desk. At least I can see it’s all doable. Totally recommended.

  • Lucy has been working with me for over 3 years - patiently supporting me through the ups and downs of menopause, keeping me going with her positivity and mix of exercise, Pilates, running and massage. If I didn’t have Lucy in the diary I would not do anything except walk…..instead I have core strength and improved flexibility. She’s tough but realistic and pushes me - just don’t ask her to count reps!!
