Amazing retreat with Nicola this sunday. The yoga practice was so restorative and I really enjoyed the meditations and gong bath. Lovely location as well despite the rain.
A joyful, knowledgeable, and compassionate person, you couldn't ask for a lovlier teacher to experience yoga with than Nicola. She breathes love and radiant light into everything she does, and to everyone she meets, and her classes are no exception!
