Good little club

Delightful village with cricket pitch on the green in the middle, a friendly pub and an excellent, light airy village hall.

Ok to play cricket but not very welcoming to the away players in the children's league

Lovely looking ground, but that's where it ends. The wicket is completely unreliable, one ball round your ears the next not getting off the ground. Changing rooms are up some lethal stairs and if you make it there without injury, there's enough room for maybe 4 people. When you've been in the field for nearly 50 overs, a good tea will see you right. So you had better bring your own. No one has mentioned that rationing ended a while ago!
