Lisa Devlin - Clarinet And Sax Tuition

I’ve been taking clarinet lessons from Lisa for almost three years now. I was already an intermediate player and during this time I have learnt techniques that I wish I had known earlier. Lisa is very perceptive in the way that I play and she fine-tunes my techniques and corrects the habits that hinder my playing. She also introduces a broad range of music material to keep it interesting. She’s definitely the best clarinet tutor I’ve ever had and I can’t recommend Lisa enough.

I have recently returned to playing the clarinet having played from the age of 7 to around 22. I was quite nervous picking it up again but Lisa has made the transition so easy I wish I had done it years ago. She is an extremely patient teacher but makes the lessons really fun and engaging. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for clarinet lessons.

I have been having saxophone lessons with Lisa for 3 years, and cannot recommend her highly enough. I have made such good progress - was a rusty returner adult around a Grade 2 standard.
