Quality heathland golf course. Well trimmed and turned out. Played again today and remains in good condition with a number of improvements being made on pathways and access areas.

Came to this wonderful golf club, sat outside and enjoyed beautiful views with our meal. My girlfriend (in her words) had the best pesto pasta she had ever eaten! And for myself a gorgeous roast glazed ham and beef with cauliflower, carrots and crunchy roast potatoes! Highly recommend. The waiting staff gave brilliant service and compliments must go to the chef for an amazing meal.

Excellent course that will constantly ask questions of your game. Most fairways are lined both sides by heather, greens are well bunkered and the greens are typically slick with some undulation. The condition is always good. The clubhouse is very traditional, the staff are friendly. The catering is good, without being spectacular. The course isn't generally too busy, particularly in the afternoons. Crossing a busy road twice puts a slight damper on what is overwise an enjoyable experience, on...
