Joanna was excellent with our 8 month Labrador who stayed at Linton Springs for 12 nights. Our puppy had previously stayed elsewhere as a trial but was not settled at all. Joanna was not phased by this and was extremely willing to help me at such short notice, promising she would be able to comfort him, and indeed she did.
