Lily Lodge Equestrian Centre

Sadly a negative experience. Little continuity of lessons. They had 45 hours notice of a cancellation but insisted on 48 hrs- child wasn’t poorly 3 hours prior so of course I wouldn’t text to cancel? Threatened with legal action if I left an honest review . Wouldn’t adopt a sensible approach despite no illness 3 hours before their cut off point - still given 45 hours notice as soon as unwell. Bizarre

My son had his first lesson with Megan at Lily Lodge today after having a wonderful pony party at the centre last month. All staff are really friendly and welcoming, the centre itself is fully equipped with essentials such as toilet facilities and hat/boot hire to added extras like a gazebo with table and chairs for parties. The ponies are well behaved, clearly well looked after and happy in their work. Megan runs lots of different events for the children throughout the year such as pony day...

My girls have been riding at Lily Lodge for a number of years. They absolutely love it there its now there second home and mine. Megan is a great instructor and its been great watching girls progress. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic riding school and livery yard, friendly and knowledgeable staff, caters for all ages of children from 3 years and upwards a very family oriented business would definitely recommend.

Been at this yard over 2 years having weekly lesson, that are always helping me progress. Doing a variety of flat work, jumping and hacking, the trainer is great and very helpful in all ways. All the staff are kind and patient, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Lily lodge is by far the best equestrian centre we have ever been too. So friendly and such a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you Megan and team you are all truly wonderful x
