Lilley Brook Golf Club

We played Lilley Brook on a winters Monday afternoon and the play conditions were fantastic. The greens played the best on any course I've played for 50 miles and Ed, the head pro offers a warm welcome to all and a fantastic selection from his pro shop. 100% will be back a number of times!

Decent course, I found some of the greens tough but I guess the more you play them the easier they become to read and play. £40 for a midweek round. Nice, friendly people. Worth a visit.

We played the seniors open. What a fantastic day, the course was in superb condition, a nice touch was every 3 ball there was a LBGC member with you so you got their knowledge of the course. The facilities were also very good.

Really nice golf course, is undergoing some irrigation work at the moment buy looks like to is nearly finished. Had a nice well stacked cheesed ham toasties before play and a very nice beer after. Course starts off flat and with trees then goes up a huge hill to come back down again by the 18th. Really enjoyed I.and will go back. Have been back. And it's in great shape. food and beer both great after a glorious sunny day.

Really nice golf course. The front 9 is flat and open, the back 9 has more gradient and challenge.
