  • I did the 6 week challenge with Duncan, post c-section with no core muscles and hated excersice at the best of times. After 6 weeks I am shocked at myself that I have actually ended up loving the exercise sessions and found something I want to keep doing! I can see the difference in my strength and abilities every week and I've rolled over my membership for 6 months and I cant wait to continue my journey with Duncan and the girls!   • Feeling anxious at turning up first day but can honestly say a Huge thank you to Duncan for showing training can be enjoyable. Seeing the results is great, manage to fit into jeans I’ve long thought would not be possible!   • Originally started off with a 6 week drop a dress size plan! Enjoyed it so much and got such good results I have been going ever since! Great friendly atmosphere and so supportive with training! Would definitely highly recommend if you want to exercise in a fun environment!

  • This group is amazing. Not only have I dropped 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks, I'm feeling great and look forward to going everytime. Duncan is such a good trainer and knows your limits and pushes you to just do your best. Everyone in the group feels so comfortable working out together and we have a great laugh too.
