  • Libby is a brilliant PT. I'm improving my general fitness, toning up and fixing a shoulder injury. Lib's expertise in pinpointing areas to focus on, her enthusiasm and professionalism and her ability to push me without breaking me (!) is making a real difference. She makes working out fun, which for me is a first!
