I joined in January 2022 having spent years wasting money on gyms, starting “health kicks” and giving up - I’ve never been good at sticking to anything. Bootcamp is brilliant as Lee holds you accountable and will give you a nudge when you need it as well as pushing you to do your best when you are at camp. Joined bootcamp to get myself moving in the winter months, Lee motivates you to keep going and keeps you accountable to sessions. Lee keeps classes interesting and is always on hand to check form and progression. Would 100% recommend, very refreshing to work out in the park with a group of great women

What a great trainer! Lee looks after his gang so well, with exercise, nutrition and stretching ideas. You feel strong and fit, and being outside with the elements is exhilarating. The range of targeted activities in Lee's classes mean you don't get bored, you tone up and lose weight. Lee creates a wonderful community of supportive women. And last, but by no means least,, Lee is kind and caring - an all round good egg!
