I’ve been going to Steven at LG for 2 years . I train vigorously and every time I have had an issues it’s quickly helped with an extensive rehab plan I’ve had sore knees for years Ste diagnosed it and treated it . Never to return. Abs now I know why! Recently I had double shoulder surgery. In 22 days I’m already at a stage for 44-70 days and that’s done to Ste being on hand 3 x week. I can’t recommend them more A+

My wife and I have just stated using L G Therapy recently and today I had my first reflexology session with Lesley. With all things untried and new, I am always slightly skeptical, but I cannot praise this treatment highly enough. I have suffered from migraines for years and after seeing several DRs I have settled on deep tissue massage from lesley as the only way to manage my pain. I have also tried a range of other services available and they have all been of a high standard in a lovely environment.
