  • I’ve been incredibly impressed with Lewis’ approach to our training sessions. He explains every exercise we do and says muscles we’re working on, and helped me change the way I think about food and my diet without making it boring as hell. Highly recommended

  • LEWIS STALLEY is a top class personal trainer. Able to cover remote and in-person ad-hoc consultation, transformation programs over multiple weeks, or like myself, longer term strength coaching. I'm now in my 7th year with Lewis and he's gradually picking off my weaknesses making me into a fitter, stronger and more pain free person! His studio is clean and very well equipped. Stop wondering what could be; give Lewis a call and see what he can do for you. Highly recommended.

  • Best personal trainer in Saffron Walden by far!! - highly recommend Lewis has been my personal trainer for over a year now. He’s great at what he does! I had always struggled with my workouts in the past due to my shoulder, but since Lewis has been my trainer he has made it easier for me by altering some workouts. I really enjoy my sessions, and am seeing great results. Lewis is easy to talk to about your goals and targets. Highly recommend Lewis as a personal trainer!

  • Lewis is a brilliant PT and I’ve loved training with him. He is very knowledgeable and unlike any other PT. He takes pride in your plan and progress and is always on hand to answer your questions. The results I saw were brilliant and I didn’t once feel like I was on a diet or restricting myself of foods. I can’t wait to train again with him.
