Facilities great ! One staff member so rude and always is with us, she falsely accused one of our parents of not using QR code, this wasn't an issue it can happen, but her attitude was disgusting, challenging a grown man in front of 9yr olds the way she did. Absolutely shocking and not the first time she has acted this way with our club. Management feel free to call me or message for further details

Excellent facilities here now, I hope they manage to keep it this way after the great investment that's been made. Lots of people smoking on premises which was a shame to see, staff seemed a little scared to challenge anyone about it or just plain ignored it.
