Leigh Ju Jitsu at the Self Defence Studio is perfect for kids and adults alike. The instruction from the sensei's is the best around and the techniques taught are realistic and effective, from throws, locks and submissions to ground grappling. I love it all! The classes are varied and keep you extremely fit. A great bunch of people, real friendly atmosphere. There's lots to learn and everyone is willing to help.
