They take your money and never payout. From bitter experience, don’t use this company. They hide behind a big name but are highway robbers. We’ve cancelled our renewal, loyalty means nothing and customer service robots, saying what they’ve been told to say.

Would expect a large company like L&G to pay for claims. All premiums paid and no exclusions notified in writing or at renewal, they can’t just make exclusions up at the point of claim and change their minds. They have a duty of disclosure and if they don’t disclose any exclusions they don’t exist!!!! Hope legal and general have some morals and pay out and don’t just take premiums to increase their profits!!!
