Great martial arts schools. They really instill confidence and self-worth into their young students, giving them the skills to defend themselves verbally, and physically (though hopefully it never comes to that). A lot of choice when it comes to lesson times. The instructors are top rate. Well respected, as well as very personable.

My son started attending Leeds West AEGIS Martials Arts Academy since he turned 3years old. Our son has been attending AEGIS for 4 years and has grown in confidence, attitude and ability. The instructors are fantastic and promote valuable principles for life. This has also had a positive impact on his school work and his report also talks about his positive attitude and willingness to put his hand up and learn. On top of all of this, he is improving his fitness and martial arts skills. We could not recommended AEGIS highly enough!

Aegis is great place to learn a new skill. My son's confidence since starting neatly 4 years has increased so much. The trainer's are fantastic and all members have mutual respect no matter the age.
