I have been looking for a Yang Style Tai Chi class near me and have not found one. In my search I saw your on line Tai Chi and Chi Gong lessons and signed up. Absolutely loving it. Can practice in my own home in my own time. Wonderful. Even if you are taking a physical class, the instructions are clear and will help you catch up any bits you miss in your class. Highly recommended.
