I do not recommend this course force you to pay even thought you don’t want to continue. Spoke to Emily on the phone who is very rude and making her colleagues speak in a rudely manner. Do not recommend learn direct at all save your self the hassle. You get not help on the course it self and getting I contact take upto 3 days.

Was informed you have a 14 day right to cancel but refused cancellation, if you get the course over an 8 month period it is a credit agreement but they don't inform you of this until after, absolute nightmare to ever speak to a person over the phone spent over an hour on hold so if you basically want to be scammed out of your money for an access to HE course that will get you nowhere sign up :)

We cancelled the course filled out a cancellation form last year. They still keep calling and sending my wife messages saying we missed payment. We both have rang them number of times.Now they are say fill out a refund form. We said we don’t want our £10.00 refund. They won’t remove our details and keep harassing us. Please avoid at all costs do your course from somewhere else.

Worse company ever, want cancel the course won't let you want you to pay half the price explained lost job can't do the course anymore not even looked at the couse took it out 2 months ago, no agreement have been signed. But forcing you to may payment, manager is useless and not empathy at all. Wouldnt recommended then out all. Was advise i can cancel anytime but no false information given.
