  • Working with Jack this last 10 weeks has been great. Although I have only lost 5kg, I look completely different because we have been training with weights so I’m more toned as well as smaller. Jack has given me great advice on nutrition as well as teaching me how to lift weights and do exercises with good form. The best part of the training was the mindset strategies and I feel I will be able to keep my routine up for life. Highly recommend!
