  • I’ve been struggling to stick to any kind of fitness regime. Not anymore… lean body training is really enjoyable and I’m training 3 times a week. I feel fitter, stronger and more energetic. I’d highly recommend!

  • I have been training with Paul and Mario for 7 weeks now and I have already lost more than 2 kg in body fat half way through (next measurement coming up this week!). So great results in a short time... Still a lot of work to do, but the important is to kick in and this scheme was really the right one for me!   • The classes work great for me as they are at convenient times through the week that work around my busy work schedule. The small group environment and consistent nature of the exercises in each class means that the classes are particularly good for those looks to focus on learning great technique and muscle building, and losing fat. The nutrition plan is helpful too. Really enjoying the progress I’ve already made in just 3 months!
